Arts and Crafts Booth Application
Deadline to apply: March 15, 2012
Application Process:
1.
Complete the application form. Deadline is March 15, 2012.
2.
Choose the appropriate categories for your craft.
3.
Submit four current images of your work and one image of your booth and tent display.
4.
Do not send any money with this application. If you are selected, you will receive payment instructions with your acceptance letter.
5.
Booth fee is $75 for non-Blount County Chamber of Commerce members and $50 for Blount Bounty Chamber of Commerce members.
6.
No refunds will be given.
7.
The Craft Committee bases decisions on your photo sheet and the information provided on your application form. Send the best photos you have, including close ups of your most current crafts which you intend to exhibit and an image that represents your booth display.
8.
A limited number of double booths are available at the discretion of the Craft Committee.
Festival Rules:
1.
Tents will be 10 ft. by 10 ft. arranged as designated by the Craft Committee in the spaces provided. Since this is an outdoor show, tents must be sturdy enough to provide shelter for your crafts during rain, wind, and sun. Tents must be staked and weighted to protect your valuable creations and those of the artists and craftspeople around you.
2.
NO PETS are permitted at the Festivals.
3.
Set up and take down will be only at times designated by the Craft Committee. Early tear-down will result in not being invited back to future festivals.
4.
You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax.
5.
If you do not have a business license, we will collect $2.00 for the Festival.
6.
All craftspeople must sign a waiver release form.
